Our steering does not have failure prone ball joints, but instead it has fully adjustable and replaceable high precision Chromoly heim joints.
Each 7/8 heim joint is made out of chromoly heat treated steel, and has a static deformation load of 45,000 lbs. and a breaking strength of over 65,000 lbs. Thats a insane amount of load stress so you’ll never have to worry about a heim breaking.
A huge benefit of this steering kit is each end of the steering bar is adjustable and individually replaceable, making it very affordable when there's a need to replace the heims, as heims are only $23 each.
Unlike factory thin walled pipe like the factory steering, we use a one piece 1/4'' wall x 1.5'' DOM tubing which is a lot stronger and will not crack, break or bend. Kits come with heavy duty Chromoly 7/8 heim joints that are individuly replaceable for a super affordable price.

It takes over 40,000 lbs for the tube to bend. We warranty the tubing part and the welds of our all kits for life against breaking or cracking. We have tested these kits extensively for over 10 years, with zero failures!
Each kit is precisely bent on our state of the art CNC mandrel bender to offer optimal clearance on any aftermarket deep pan diff covers or dual shock setups.
Each kit is shipped in bare steel, and is ready for paint or powder coat.
The kit is available to fit different lift sizes, years and models and also available with or without dual stabilizer shocks brackets.
If the "Dual shock bracket" option is selected, the steering kit will come with the prewelded center tierod bracket for dual shocks, and will also include dual brackets for bolting to the axle. (You do NOT need to purchase the axle brackets separetely if DUAL option is selected)
The kit does NOT include shocks, we have different brands available on products page, such as FOX or Bilstein.
THIS KIT WILL NOT WORK WITH THE FACTORY STABILIZER SHOCK BRACKET. You must select the dual shock brackets to run shocks. If you only want to run 1x shock contact us for a single shock setup. However we highly recommend dual shocks, the make a huge difference in keeping the truck tracking straight with very little pulling or veering, espesially with bigger tires.
Available for 1994-2002 (4x4) 1500/2500/3500 models with straight axle front ends. Will not fit 1500 rams with a IFS or 2wd trucks.

Main bolt size- 5/8'' grade 8 fine thread with nylock nuts.
Dom tube- 1/4'' wall x 1.5'' OD. CNC mandrel bend.
Shock brackets- 1/4'' thick w. 1/2'' holes, 1.5'' width, For standard shocks.
Dual shock brackets are made from 1/4'' steel and are fully bolt on.
3/4'' bolts available upon request.
